This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited activities, products, services, and behaviours for all sellers, partners, and users operating on or through the Piston Software LLC platform.

All sellers must comply with this AUP in addition to applicable laws, regulations, and payment network rules.

2. Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities or services under applicable local, national, or international laws
• Fraud, misrepresentation, deceptive marketing, or misleading claims
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions violations
• Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations
• Sale or promotion of counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods
• Intellectual property infringement, including copyright or trademark violations

3. Prohibited products and services

Sellers may not offer or promote:

• Adult content, pornography, escort services, or sexually explicit material
• Drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance
• Financial products requiring regulatory licenses without authorization
• Hate speech, extremist content, or discriminatory material
• Any goods or services restricted or prohibited by PayPal policies

4. Compliance and monitoring

Piston Software LLC actively monitors seller activity to ensure compliance with this AUP. Monitoring methods may include:

• Keyword and content review
• Transaction and activity monitoring
• Buyer complaints and reports
• Manual compliance reviews

5. Enforcement actions

If a violation is detected, Piston Software LLC may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue warnings or request corrective action
• Temporarily restrict or suspend seller accounts
• Withhold, reverse, or refund transactions
• Permanently terminate seller access to the platform

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

6. Reporting violations

Third parties may report suspected violations by contacting the platform through designated support channels. All reports are reviewed by the compliance team.

These terms and conditions (“terms”) govern the use of the Piston Software LLC platform, including all services provided to sellers, partners, and buyers. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Platform role

Piston Software LLC operates as a technology platform that facilitates payments, digital services, and transactions between buyers and verified sellers. Piston Software LLC is not the manufacturer or owner of third-party goods or services sold by sellers unless explicitly stated.

3. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of product or service descriptions
• Lawful operation of their business
• Fulfilment, delivery, and customer support
• Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

4. Payments and settlement

Payments are processed through PayPal or other approved payment providers. The platform may:

• Collect payments from buyers on behalf of sellers
• Deduct agreed commissions and service fees
• Disburse net proceeds to sellers based on settlement schedules

Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled in accordance with platform policies and payment provider rules.

5. Fees

Fees may include commissions, service charges, subscription fees, or retainers, as agreed with the seller. All fees are disclosed prior to activation.

6. Disputes and refunds

Buyers may raise disputes through platform support channels. Piston Software LLC may investigate disputes and issue refunds where applicable. Sellers agree to cooperate in dispute resolution processes.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, and technology are the property of piston software llc. Sellers retain ownership of their respective intellectual property, subject to platform usage rights.

8. Termination

Piston Software LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, the AUP, or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piston Software LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
